Great location, terrible experience

The location was fab, right by the beach! But wow, the room was a mess. Had broken locks, bloody sheets, and the night auditor was super rude when I complained. I did enjoy the breakfast though, it was decent. Just really wish the room was clean and the staff more professional.

The rooms could really use an update. old paint and gritty floors gave a shabby feel! ! The elevators are painfully slow and the parking garage is a nightmare for larger vehicles!

The location right by the ocean was fantastic, waking up to beautiful views and the sound of waves. While the staff was generally friendly and accommodating, the room cleanliness could improve, especially with some issues like hair on sheets and a smelly AC. Still, the breakfast offered was decent.

the location was amazin, super close to the beach n we could walk everywhere. breakfast was really good, never felt like we needed to eat out. the staff was friendly n helped us with everything we needed. the balcony had a nice view of the ocean each morning. rooms were clean and comfy.

the parking garage was really tight n made it hard to park, which was super annoying. the indoor pool was kinda cold so we didn’t swim much.
